We started making our own Chai Syrup because we wanted a balanced sweet and spicy chai that was organic and fairtrade with no nasty preservatives to serve at cosset.
Cosset chai syrup is available for retail in 300ml bottles at our cafe and from the good people at Kokako Grey Lynn.
